Customizing Forms (Contracts,Accounts in BMC,Business Contracts in

I'm using design tool after I enter my user-defined field I can enter them
into a folder, change the name of folder , I can change any pop-up or
pull-down, the only problem is I can save the changes (Help).

Hi Mike,
BCM does not support customization of the forms.
Hence even if the BCM forms (Business Contacts or Accounts or Opportunities)
were customized (new fields added or changed), they would not available for
use on the BCM data.
The customization is anyways on the wish-list for future versions of BCM.
