Customizing Meeting Request Form

B

Bimlesh

Hi,
I require to customize the meeting request to do the
following.
1. Add a column as "Room" in the Calendar view of the
scheduling TAB
2. On a Attendee selection, display a message at the right
hand bottom of the screen with a message "The room has
video conf. capability".

We are tying to acheive this in Outlook 2002 (Office XP
Pro) and Exchange 2000.

MSDN mentions - Appointment and Schedule TABS of Meeting
Request cannot be customized !
This form should be accesible via a command bar button or
menu item in the outlook

So what are my options to develop a form like this?
Pls help

Neither of those modifications is possible unless you want to write your own ActiveX control to duplicate the functionality of the main control on the Scheduling tab.

FYI, there is a separate newsgroup for Outlook forms issues -- microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms.
