customizing outlook 2002 by using prf

I've created a Outlook prf file to customize the Outlook
profile for every user loging on to a client. A
shorcut "outlook.exe /importprf \\server1
\share\outlook.prf" is placed in the common (All users)
startup folder. This works fine in terms of creating a
profile when loging on, but it deletes user created
settings like additional personal folders. Is it possible
to run this prf as a runonce event? Or maybe it is
possible to set a parameter that stops the prf from
deleting personal settings.
