Customizing Outlook Message Form

Is there any way I can make a custom message form my
default message form? When I've made the change I want, I
can only save the form to the Personal Forms Library
folder. This is fine if I want to go into this folder and
select it every time. I have Windows XP Pro and Office XP
Pro, with Outlook XP (2002). What's happening is the
paragraph spacing in the body of my message is always
doubled (the style shows as "Paragraph"). When I switch
the style to "Normal" the paragraph spacing goes back to
single, which is what I want. So alternatively, is there
a way to simply change this on the default message and
make it the default style for the message?

If you have Outlook 2000 or later, you can make a registry change to
substitute your custom form for the default form. See
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm#changedefault . Note that it
doesn't work completely for message forms in Outlook 2003.

However, that's probably not the solution to your problem. If you're using
Word as your email editor, try changing the paragraph spacing in the Format
menu.
