Customizing page size to 11" X 17"

Doing a newsletter, to be printed out commercially
elsewhere. Want to specify 11"x17" paper size, but get
message that some printing will be outside the margins.
Can't ignore, b/c then half the copy is missing in print
preview. Can't fix, b/c then copy is moved halfway across
page. Please note, the position is landscape, so size is
actually 17"x11". Any suggestions for getting around this?

Hi
Initially, no it didn't. I finally chose a printer driver
that DOES support that paper size, and I'm now able to lay
out my newsletter the way I want! Thanks!
