Customizing "predefined" fields in the BCM "Contact" form.

I just installed my BCM and am very dissapointed that I cannot delet/change
many of the "predefined" fields. I am a commercial real estate broker, and
many of the fields are inaplicable for my business. Is there a way that I
can modify the form itself?

Please tell me that there is a way to do this.

I'm not sure about changing the "predefined fields" but you can customize
fileds you need.
Open a specific contact
Under the "Show" tab click in the "User-defined fields" (top right)
Click on "Customize Form"
-this will allow you to create specific fields you need for your job.
