Customizing Project 2003 Project Guide

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what the name of the
dll that is responsible for holding Project Guide files.
I have not had any luck with the documentation that is
currently out there on Project 2003. In the previous
version (Project 2002), the dll was call pj10intl.dll.
Unfortunately this file doesn't exist in Project 2003. I
want to be able to use the res://<LCID>/<project guide
dll>/filename command to access and customize project
guide files. Any help would be appreciated.
