Customizing PWA with Frontpage

I've customized the PWA pages (using Admin, Customize PWA), by adding
navigation links to folders, documents, templates, and even a custom "Getting
started" link to a web page I created in FrontPage, and added as an
additional navigation submenu on the home page. Highly recommended.

Question: Can I use FrontPage to customize the PWA home page itself, with
custom content and graphics?
