Customizing Risk and Issues Lists

I am running Project Server 2003 and WSS. I need to customize the Risk and
List functions as well as set up a couple of custom lists. In reading about
how to modify the Project Workspace, I ran across references to the fact that
"Changing some field values, such as "status" in
Risks, can cause malfunctions in program logic." However, I can’t find, even
in the SDK, a list of the other ‘such as’ items that I must be careful with.
Also, does that mean that I can’t even add a fourth item to the drop down
box? Or does it mean that I can’t remove the ones that are there or remove
the Status field?

Is there a place where I can find out this sort of thing? Thanks, Anne
