Customizing risks and issues

Hi,

Is it possible to customize project server as follows. I have a sharepoint
web part that displays a list of risks retrieved by my own web service (and
not stored in the project server database). I would like it if I could modify
project server to display this web part when I click on the Risks menu option
from project server instead of displaying the default risks from the project
server database.

I can see how I can create a custom page to display my web part and store it
in a document library which everyone can access, but I can't see any obvious
way to actually override what happens when the Risks menu option is pressed.

Can anyone tell me if this is possible and point in the right direction for
any documentation if it is?

Hi Julian,

What about disabling risks completely in project server? and then creating
a new menu called "risks" in project web access?
You can disable the default risks menu by going to Admin -->server
configuration --> features, and selecting the Deny option in the grid next
to risks.
