Hello,

Every time I set my custom Toolbar (Standard) for my blank
e-mails (template), within a day it somehow reverts back
to a toolbar that is a default. How can I set a custom
toolbar with all the buttons I like without it changing
back to the default every time.

Try renaming your outcmd.dat file to outcmd.old while Outlook is closed.
Outlook will rebuild the default toolbars the next time you open it.
Then, if your customizations stick when you've reapplied them, you can
back up your new outcmd.dat file and restore from it if you ever run
into the same problem again. Note: If you're using Windows 2000 or XP,
you'll need to search in hidden and system folders to find the
outcmd.dat file.
