Customizing the storage folder of a sent message

I have not been able to locate any resource to help me with this. How can I
get Outlook to prompt me for a folder to store a message I am about to send?

Push Send -> Spell Check -> Ask "Save Sent Message?" -> if yes, then list
all folder and allow Select Folder to save sent message.
