Customizing the toolbar

Is there a way to customize the Entourage toolbar? There are a bunch of
icons that I don't ever use, and only a few that I do, and it would be a
whole lot more convenient to be able to move those ones that I do use over
to the left-hand side so that I could get to them more quickly.
