Customizing Windows Explorer Tool bar

Hi

Can anybody help me out in adding a new user defind button in Windows Explorer toold bar.

"Customize" toold bar option gives only pre-defined button list from which we can select required botton. I dont want this, I want my own button to appear in windows explorer. And would like to know how I can code (action to be performed on clicking the button) to execute certain statement by clicking the user-defined button

Thanks in Advance

programming newsgroup.
