Customizing Word 2008 toolbars

I've been fooling around customizing the toolbars and I'm managed to muck things up to a farethewell.

How can I reset the toolbar to the 'original' specification?

thanks

If it's one of Word's built-in toolbars go into the Customize dialog
Toolbars page, click the name of the toolbar, then click Reset. Repeat for
each toolbar involved.

For future reference it's generally a better choice to create your own
custom toolbars rather than modifying the built-in toolbars anyway :)
