Customizing Word's ribbon (VSTO 2008)

I'm trying to customize the quick styles group on the home tab of Word's
ribbon. I added the group in the XML and want to customize the "in ribbon"
gallery. All I want to do is remove some of the buttons in the gallery and
change the text. I've been trying to access the group but haven't discovered
how to yet (RibbonTab, RibbonGroup??)
