Customizing

I would like to hide certain toolbars and menus, Would somebody please
be so kind to provide me with the necessary scripting as well as where
exactly to add the code.

As far as I know the only way to do this on my desktop is to go the
"Tools, Customize..." route. As you know this only change the
appearance on my desktop. I would like the form to behave the same on
all desktops. If you know of another way, I would be extremely
greatfull if you can advise me.
