CustomTaskPane outlook 2003

Hi,
I want to set my pane tasks table in outlook from com add-in vs 2003.
But I'm getting this error:

The type or namespace name 'Tools' does not exist in the class or namespace
'Microsoft.Office'
==============================================
And, do you have a link with example for that in c#?
