You can right-click the legend and choose Format Legend and from there opt
to display it on the bottom and it will move stuff around automagically. Or
you can use the Legend options on the Chart Tools Layout tab.
Or you can copy the chart, Paste Special (on the Home tab) as EMF and then
right-click and ungroup twice. Delete the extraneous stuff and then group
the legend and move / resize it as necessary. Then delete the legend from
the original chart by selecting the legend and right-clicking and choosing
Delete or using the Delete button on your keyboard.
