cut and paste a logo from Word to an Outlook '07 signature

I am trying to cut and paste a logo i have created in Word'07 composed of
word objects, text boxes and pictures into an Outlook '07 signature. Only
part of the objects are transferred and once they land in Outlook I can't
move them around and edit them. What is the correct procedure?
