Cut and Paste in Forms

Does anyone know how to cut and past words or phrases in forms? I can only
get the entire string of words, which makes it difficult to edit information.

You just select, cut and paste. What do you mean you can only get entire
strings of words? What is stopping you selecting just a word or a few words?
Please clarify your problem.
