Cut and paste prob from pdf to Visio

Hello everybody,
I have a problem with visio. If I cut an image in a
pdf document using the photoshot utilitie and paste it to a visio sheet, the
lines of the grid seem to disapeer and some characters too. But if I paste
it to an excel sheet and then to a visio sheet, it works for me its weird.
If someone can answer this, it will be apreciate.
