Cut and Paste

The error message that comes up when I pull up a file
is: "This document could not be registered. It will not
be possible to create links from other documents to this
document." Then it says OK underneath and it doesn't
allow me to cut and paste. The actual icons for cutting
and pasting on the top tool bar aren't even highlighted to
click on.

Both these behaviors are symptoms of the Blaster worm. See
