Keep It Simple Stupid

I am using PPT 2002.
I have two circular pictures and I want to have one circluar picture rotate
around the other. I can't figure out how to crop the pictures to be of
circular shape. When I select the picture itself, it still ends up attaching
the "corners" around the circle. I know it's possible to cut the shape in a
later version of PPt by using the Shapes option, but is it possible in 2002?

(I know... I need to get with the times and get a later version of ppt.!!)

Have you tried drawing a circle and setting the fill of the circle to be
your picture?
