Cut/copy and paste problem: always as picture ???

I'm suddenly getting a problem I've not run into before: I can't cut and
paste or copy and paste any text within OneNote without it being pasted as a
picture, which of course I can't then edit or format. I'm guessing (hoping?)
there's a simple setting somewhere I can do to get back to the desired
behavior. Anyone know anything about this? (Hope so ... I'm about to scream
"bloody murder".)

Try this: Copy-paste some text, then click the paste icon that appears
below the picture you just pasted, and select "keep source formatting".
Click the paste icon again, and this time select "set as default paste
option". Does that solve the problem?

Ilya, I think that did it! Thanks ... I should've (would've?) thought of
that. As it turns out, the paste icon can disappear before you've had a
chance to select "keep original formatting" and set that to be the default.

I knew it couldn't be too difficult a problem to solve - thanks again.
