Cut, Copy, Paste unavailable

[Changing the default reply-from account]

Using word 2007 anytime I select text and right click, my cut, copy and paste
options are greyed out. If I select them using the toolbar they work, and it
is only word having this problem, not excel, outlook, etc... I tried holding
ctrl when starting up (safe mode) and the options are available when I do
this. The only add-in that shows up in Word is PPC e-tools. I tried removing
add-ins, by deleting all the registry keys in the office>Word>add-in folder,
but this did not work. What should I try next?

Usually, add-ins are templates placed in the Word Start-up folder. Make sure
the Start-up folder is empty. You are on the correct track. If it still
doesn't work, contact whoever provides the support for PCC e-tools: them may
tell you how to uninstall it correctly or they may have an update to resolve
the problem.
