Cutting a new contact from an e-mail

Is there a way to simply add a new contact based on information received in
an e-mail?

Where is the information, in the sender header or in the body?

Brian's right and there are many other ways too...

To get the sender's details into a new Contact card I like to drag the whole
email to the Contacts folder. Once you let it go, you'll have a new Contact
and the text of their email is in the notes field - this means you can grab,
drag and drop parts of their signature block data into the relevant Contacts
fields. eg phone number, address, title.
