Cutting Lines on pages

I get something like

_ _
l l
at the corners of the page, even if i print it, it still comes out; I've
tried installing re-installing office 2003 and it's always the same. How do i
get rid of them lines?

Start>All Programs>Microsoft Office>Microsoft Office Tools>Microsoft Office
(your version) language settings and disable all east asian enabled
languages.

The crop marks are usually caused by enabling Asian language support. To
disable, in Windows click on Start | All Programs | Microsoft Office Tools |
Microsoft Office Language Settings. In the "Enabled languages" pane, select
and remove any East Asian languages.
