Cutting off bottom of text and margins set to zero

The bottom parts of letters such as p, y, q, g and j are being cut off in my
table, even though it appears that there is enough room to show everything.

I'm using Word 2003. My rows are set to exactly .22 tall and cell margins
are all set to 0. The font is 8 pt. Helvetica. The cell alignment is set to
left and center. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!

The descenders and ascenders show up properly for me. I would suggest
closing the document (after saving), and from the File menu, select
Open. Browse to where your document is, select it, and instead of
just opening it, I would Open and Repair it. (Click the down arrow
next to the Open button)
