cutting sections

Hi,

I have a large document with many different sections. I would like to cut
and paste about half of the document, which is about 10 or so sections, to a
brand new document. Those sections also have footers, which I would like to
preserve. How can I do that?

I think the header/footer info is "stored" in the sesction break line at the
end of a section. So, if you copy and paste that section break along with
your content, the footers should come with you.

For the last section in the document, be sure to copy and paste the very
last character in the document.
