cwaauth's status is empty

Hello,

After try and try, I found in Communicator Web access site, cwaauth.dll in
ISAPI tab, the status is empty and priorty is *Unknow*, I am sure why I
cannot use the web access with correct credential. But, I still donot know
why and how to active cwaauth then?
