Hi All,
I am using Word 2003 on Office XP.
When I select "Format | Styles and Formatting" I see some of the
character formatting styles that I have created. I can select all
instances of them by clicking on the style sheet drop down and
selecting "Select All X Instance(s)".
However, when I do this, sometimes it doesn't go to any of those
instances on the screen. Is there a way to cycle through all instances
of the style so I can examine them?
I know that in the "Find and Replace" dialog, you can choose to
find/replace text based on styles, but it doesn't let you select to
find/replace text based on character styles, so that option doesn't do
what I want to do.
Any advice would be most appreciated!
