Cyrillic Filter

Is there a filter which automagicallyl puts all cyrillic messages into junk
or automatically deletes them? I'm sure there must be one somewhere, but I
can't find it. Thanks.

Depends on the version of Outlook but which you never identified. For
OL2003, look under the International tab for Junk Mail settings.
