Hi
I am trying to import a dbase file every moring. I have got it down pat
doing the process manually, but I need to have the computer do it without
human intervention every morning at 0900. Any help out there on how to
automate something like this.

Thanks in advance for any direction given.

Wayne,

I am confronted with the same problem. I am going to have
to import dbase files (daily time) for 4 different
locations for a payroll program. I am working on it and
will post it here when I get it worked out.

Wayne-
I have used AutoMate (Unisyn.com) which works very well.
It will open your database and start a process on any
schedule you need.

Also, the free version - I have built a form into my front-
end that I leave open (on a copy of the front-end) on the
server. The form timer event checks to see if the current
time matches the required time, and when true, the event
runs.
