Damaged Office 2003 Professional Disc.

My CD has become damaged because the glassine sheet of the protective
envelope has somehow become stuck to the CD itself. I carefully removed most
of it, but some of it has become stuck to the CD.
Anyway, my software has become corrupted--my MS Office Word program is just
not there anymore. When I tried t re-install, I get an error message telling
me it cannot find certain files. If they're not on that CD, I don't know
where they'd be.

Is there a way to get a replacement CD from Microsoft, or someowhere? Or
does anyone have a "fix" for my problem.
Thanks
Tom
