Hi,
A client needs access to her personal folders containing years of corporate
messages. It seems Outlook 2001 Macintosh crashed when she was
dragging a message from her Inbox to a personal folder. Upon restart,
Outlook stated that there was an error in the Personal Folder(s) and refused
to open it.
A first attempt with the Windows repair tool yielded a .pst file nearly the
same size as the original, but it was empty upon opening it.
Is there another way to access the data? Is there a company that specializes
in repairing the .pst file in a situation like this?
Thanks,
Lewis Werner
