DAO 3.5 refference

hi all,

i have an access 97 application. when i convert to MDE and ships to client's
computer( win98, MS office 97) , i get an big error message saying
'expression evaluated...macro...' and when i
open my source MDB, i finds tht refference to DAO 3.5 is missing. i have to
give
reference again, make the mde in client's computer. Why this is happening ?
can
any one help ?

Most likely one of the two PCs does not have the Office 97 service releases
installed.

The original release of Office 97 shipped with DAO 3.50. Later service
releases included DAO 3.51.

If this is the problem, the best solution is to install the service releases
on the PC that doesn't have them.
