DAO by Default

Is it possible to configure Access 2002 to automatically
load DAO 3.6 Object Library by default?

I'm betting that it cannot be done, and that's too bad,
because I've built some tools that my co-workers could use
if they didn't have to go into the VBA Editor to add this
Reference.
