microsoft.public.dataaccess.pages would probably be a good place to start.

I mean, which of the newsgroups listed here on
support.microsoft.com. There used to be one for DAP.

Try going to http://msdn.microsoft.com/newsgroups/managed/ instead.

Expand Office Solutions Development, then Access under that and look at the
4th one down.

Better, in my opinion, would be to use a proper newsreader and connect to
the msnews.microsoft.com server.
