Different machines use different color settings. Your images may be using
more colors than their machines support. To be on the safe side, use 256
colors.

You may have monitor calibration issues. If only a few people were
complaining, I'd say it's there problems, but if it's everyone, maybe it's
you. If your display is significantly brighter than everyone else's, you
will see a disparity.
