Darken color of Active Cell Border

Does anyone know how to darken the color of the box that surrounds the
active cell? In the PC world the box is a very dark black and easy to
spot on the screen, and I find that on my mac, it is a very, very
light blue that is difficult to see and I often need to look to the
menu bar to see what cell I am working in.

I am not referring to cell borders, which are part of cell formatting,
but to the box shows up and moves as you jump from cell to cell.)
Thanks.

the highlight color is set in the System Preferences/Appearance pane.
You'll need to restart XL to see the change.
