Dashed lines problem in Visio2002

Hi,

I have read on the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article, reference 816630,
that there is a feature that solves the problem of substituting dashed
lines by solid lines. The only problem is that I did not find the
update feature.

Does anybody knows where is possible to find the mentioned featured?
