Data Access Page (command button problem)

I am a novice with MS Access but have the basics down.
I have a Data Access Page published on my companies' Intranet, and I want to
add a command button to email a report, but the wizard does not open like
when creating a command button on a regular Access Form. Please try then
reply. Thanks JS
