Data Access Page - how to control width of HTML page

I have "saved as" my main DB table as a Data Access Page for viewing on the
web. Everything works fine. The resulting web page is much wider than columns
containing my data. I can not find the HTML code that is controlling the
width of the page. Is there a way to set the default width of the resulting
web page to a smaller dimension.

I tried altering the embedded CSS and also putting the whole page in a
frame, and my settings always seem to be over ridden.
