Data Access Page Wizard Error

I am trying to create a Data Access Page using the wizard
and I keep getting an "The wizard is unable to create
your data access page." error. I have found no help for
this issue. I am wondering if it is an install
problem.? Also, I notice the database connection in the
field list shows no connection and I am unable to create
or refresh when I right click. Any ideas?
