Data Access Page

I have created some data access pages that are link to my
database, in the data access page I have group supervisors
and priorities but when I access the page from the
Intranet I am unable to update my progress field, if I
don't group the supervisors or the priorities I can update
the fields, is there something that I am missing when I
group the supervisors and the priorities?
