Data Access Page

Nichole

I have a data access page on my intranet and I want to
have everyone fill out a feedback form. Is there a way I
can have it so that no one can see another's data they
entered? I would just like a new blank form to come up
each time a user enters their data. Thanks.

If you are editing your page in MS Access - in Design view - from the Edit menu click "Select Page" that brings up the Page Properties. Under the "Data" tab (or all) there is a field called "DataEntry". It defaults to False - but if you change it to True then the page automatically comes up ready for a new entry.

You can also remove the "Record Navigation" controls across the bottom by clicking on the down arrow next to the Header: You'll see "Record Navigation" is checked - uncheck it.

Good Luck!
