I've read several posting, but I'm just not clear if data access pages
created with MS Access 2002 can be posted on a web server and viewed on the
internet. I have a one page read only DAP I need to post on the net. I'm
really not interested in learning a new language and re-creating this form.
The Access 2002 help says this can be done, but the posting on this
newsgroup seen to say it cannot be done. I understand it is probably not
recommended, but 1) is it possible, 2) if it is possible, is there a security
compromise to the web server, 3) what special services besides IIS does the
web server need to run, and 3) is there a trick to change the Connection
string after the page is created - I can't seem to figure out the secret hand
shake.
Thanks
