data access pages

Hi

I have a 2000 PC with offcie XP set up as a web server.
I published a table from access ro the web and saved it as
data access page. When I access it from the web server pc,
it is fine and I can edit the data on teh dataabse via teh
web page.

However, from another pc on teh network, I get the error:

Microsoft jet database engine cannot open the file". It is
already opened exclusively by another user or yp\ou need
permission.....

I have tried everythign on security and on sharing the
folder, but bno luck!

Any ideas????
