I have set up some data analysis views for resource capacity planning which
does exactly what I want it to do. The only issue is that our program
manager would like to select and deselect projects to see the changes in work
load and percent allocated. I have all of this set up and working except the
fact that the project list shows every project in the database. I do have a
customer project field in the columns area which will control what is
displayed on the chart but when I go to select or deselect a project, I still
have to scroll through the entire list of projects. is there a way to set
something up so I can filter the project or resource list in Data Analysis?
